DESCRIPTION:NC State Fair\nWhile you are at the Fair this year make sure to visit the Wake County Extension Master Gardener Volunteers!  MGVs will be on hand to greet you on October 12th from noon until 3 pm and October 13th through October 22nd from 9 am until 6 pm. \nWalk through the beautiful Waterwise Garden while enjoying the music from the nearby Carillon. \nVisit the greenhouse to see many unusual and amazing award winning plants and walk through the wonderful individual gardener entries. \nMost of all\, stop by the EMGV booth with any gardening questions. We love to talk about gardening!  Garden gloves will be on sale for $5\,00 at the booth as well.

DESCRIPTION:  \n \nThe largest bug-centered event of its kind in the entire country\, BugFest educates and engages the public in science and the natural world. Museum guests participate in more than 100 exhibits\, crafts\, games and activities as you interact with entomologists and other scientists while learning about the fascinating world of arthropods. \nThis year\, BugFest spotlights the spiders! \nThe festival will include both indoor and outdoor activities. Indoor activities will be located in the Nature Exploration Center (NEC) and Nature Research Center (NRC). Outdoor activities will be located along Jones Street\, Edenton Street\, and in the Bicentennial Plaza.
